Practical information:

Many ATMs give out both Bolivianos and US dollars although there is often a low daily limit. The best ATMs to try are BCP, BNB and Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz as these larger banks will usually give the most amount at any one time. As a general rule you can withdraw more US dollars than bolivianos with 1500 to 2000 bs being the norm and up to 500/700 us$ being possible.

Internet Cafes are EVERYWHERE and usually charge 2 to 5bs per hour
