Where are the Colombian doctors who will work on their own people for free and when are they coming to the U.S. to work in the inner cities? Drop the inferiority complex. Car rental I would like to rent a car in Cali in order to stay at accommidations outside of town. The city is too smoggy. Can someone tell me about rates,etc?
