Every expat i know that has purchased a property in Cali has done so with CASH.no financing.so if you dont have $85,700 on the table there no sense even wasting your time.

arthur brode comments on For Sale:Apartment in Cali (includes all furniture/appliances) R.J. since the apartment has been up for rent it has pretty much stayed rented steady.it has been disocupied since the 27th of April. but i already have reservations with deposits for this month and next month.and i had two opportunities to rent it out for 6 months straight but the deals did not go through.there is demand for the unit.people like to rent it because its on a high floor,has a pool,internet/vonage and because it is in Barrio Granada.we rent it short-term for 3 million pesos per month(everything included) long term stays are negotiable and 150,000 pesos per night.you can view the pics on my website.it is the first apartment on the page "Granada VIP" http://www.calirentals.net/
