Ok, first this is something that has been in my mind for a while but I have not been able to find an answer. What would happened if I was married and in the process of giving papers to someone but I decided to get a divorce and marry someone else in another country and try to bring her here? Would the first wife still be able to become a permanent resident after the divorce? Would there be any type of penalty or legal consequences? Would I be able to bring the other person? Hi, I need some legal advice.
