After marrying my colombiana legally in March, I submitted my paperwork in April. It took USCIS to one month to see a receipt of my paperwork and I finally have an account number. The processing times currently say 6 months out. I am contact with my senator's office ( a good thing to do if any problems arise with the visa) and they have assured me that everything is ok, and if the USCIS does not process my paperwork they will go to work for me.
