Hi,

Sorry I didn't see your message until today. Here is a litle bit about Leo, a friend of mine who is a chiropractor.

"My name is Leo Holmström and I am from Stockholm, Sweden, but I am now living and working here in Medellin, Colombia.

Since January 2009 I am working as a Doctor of Naprapatyh (or a swedish chiropractor as some people call it). I graduated in 2003 from the Scandinavian Collage of Manual Medicine after 5 years of studies and in 2006 I got my postgraduate degree in medical acupunture.

In Naprapathy which is the leading and most popular form of alternative medicine in Sweden, treatment begins with a medical case history and a spinal examination to identify the precise location of pain. Naprapathic medicine treats connective-tissue pain by using hands-on manipulation (the adjustment), acupunture and nutritional counselig. Connective tissue, which includes ligaments, tendons and muscles, is the material inside the body that supports many of its parts.

Some of the common disorders that been successfully treated by Naprapathic Medicine include:

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Headaches
Knee strains
Lower back pain
Neck pain
Pain in the extremities
Sciatica
Shoulder Pain
Tennis elbow
