American Who Married Out-Of-Status Colombiano

My husband and I have a son and have been married almost 2 years. We had a crappy (gringo) lawyer who gave us the complete run around and now we are starting from square one. I am not working right now and will starting school in a month. We have been searching and searching for a sponsorer, but it has proven to be a hard/stressful/and so far, an unsuccesful venture.
