This piece of land costs 95 million pesos. You can build a very decent house for 100 million. Compared to the current prices of apartments in Bogotá I think it is a good deal. I will try to publish some photos of the property next week. It is not far away from Club La Cima.

When i bought this pice of land the floor-ratio was 10%, but you can build up to 15% in different levels. This means that you can build a house up to 1500 square meters in this property. I think it is a quiet decent area.
