Better have your bancolombia account for example, and withdraw from ATM at USA wiht bancolombia card. What other people do is contact other person doing the opposit way you need, find some one that sends money to colombia( not ilegal of course). for example I know a girld that do topless, she sends like 5000 US to Colombia monthly. that kind of person can make a deal with you, and both avoid the HIGH fees of wires, trnasfers, etc.

I can tell you when i went to see that grave, i almost got killed by 2 persons that supposed to protect that shit, they took me in the back of the church and frigthen me, asking me why i was looking to it because i had a foreigner looking (im colombian but form cali). they hit me in my face after a while, and told me to thank God they did not kill me.
