I can tell you when i went to see that grave, i almost got killed by 2 persons that supposed to protect that shit, they took me in the back of the church and frigthen me, asking me why i was looking to it because i had a foreigner looking (im colombian but form cali). they hit me in my face after a while, and told me to thank God they did not kill me. I heard lots of PILLOS where taking care of that and still do it, still there is nothing inside there.

Bogota Ido live en Medellin, I do work with nwtworks and actually have a good broadband and VOip service with ETB , its from bogota, so about easy access to an airport hub that covers well all Latin America,
high speed Internet acces, Qos VOIP (meaning reliable telephony)
and affordability I will definitvley tell you stay in Bogota, Medellin weather is nicer, and probably cheaper in the living.

Easier way If you dont want to pay those taxes just bring the money with you. There are some rules to bring the money if you bring more than 10.000 dollars, but I know they wont charge you that 33% that is a waste.

Medellin is a good option If your are planning to retire here,i will recomend you MEdellin as your best choic, its a very nice city, nice weather, and peiople is very nice, you will find whatever you need here, its the second city of the country.
Im from cali, butr have been in medellin for a couple of years now, im panning to leve the country again, but by now, ill prefer to stay in medellin, rather than Bogota or cali.
