Does any one have any information on the process for getting Married in Colombia. My girlfriend and I are both foreigners living in Bogota and are considering going down to Cartegena or San Andreas to get married at Easter.

What is required to get a license?
How easy would it be to find a church that would marry us?
Hotel for people coming from Europe?
