Question about a thread......

It's been my understanding that sports wagering was not permitted at PBH. Mr. Darloup states that it's permitted in the 'your thing' forum. I've seen sports wagering threads deleted immediately in the past.

Can the mods clarify Mr. Darloups statement that sports wagering is permitted.

If so, what are the rules concerning sports betting?
